My pants and shirts have seemed to be shrinking over the last coupe of months. Unfortunately I don't think it had anything to do with an error in laundry. It had all to do with my lazy butt only exercising once a week. So today I got back on the wagon. I started out with my favorite workout from P90X...plyometrics! I'm sure I'm going to be feeling it tomorrow!
how do you stay discilined enough to stick with p90x??
